Indeterminacy said...: Cool that this record has been discovered by the Internet. I was lucky to find it in the mid 1980's in a used record/book shop in Ithaca - Blue Fox Records or something. Strange that googling Pike Distahl and Saroff only finds references of the LP. This LP seems to be the only record of their existence.; December 18, 2010 at 4:16 AM

Anonymous said...: thanks richard! after reading a good many beat poet, i've been looking for something like this, albeit i know the two aren't really related.. kerouac, burroughs and ginsberg are a breed of their own. i would call this beat for the common man ala aaron copland?
